About us

Qualivisor means Quality Advisor

The name is the promise. Advice you can act on, built on work we have actually done, aimed squarely at businesses that cannot afford to get this wrong.

Why we exist

Large companies have teams to work out what AI means for them. Small and mid-sized businesses get the same marketing, the same pressure and none of the support — and usually end up either doing nothing or buying something expensive that nobody uses.

Qualivisor sits in that gap. We work with companies small enough that the owner knows everyone's name, and we treat their money as though it were ours. That means saying plainly when a use case is not worth building, which is more often than the industry likes to admit.

It also means we show our work. Every kind of automation we describe, we build on our YouTube channel so you can watch how it is done before you ever speak to us.

Who we work with

  • Small and mid-sized businesses, typically 5–250 staff
  • Owners and managers who want a straight answer, not a pitch
  • Teams with real process pain — repeated manual work, not a technology itch
  • Businesses in regulated or data-sensitive work who need AI done carefully
  • Companies that want their own people capable afterwards, not a permanent dependency

What we hold to

These are not decoration. They decide what we take on and what we turn down.

Value before technology

We start from where your hours and money go, not from a tool we want to sell. If the answer is a spreadsheet fix rather than AI, that is the answer you get.

Security is not a later phase

Where your data goes, who can reach it and what an automation is permitted to do on its own get decided at design time, not after something goes wrong.

A person stays accountable

Anything touching money, customers, employment or safety keeps a human decision in the loop. Automation drafts; people decide.

We train ourselves out of a job

Every build is handed over documented, with your team trained to run and change it. A consultant you cannot fire is a liability, not a partner.

Measured against today

Before we build, we record how long the process takes now. After, we measure it again. Improvements that only exist in a slide are not improvements.

We will tell you not to

Plenty of processes should be simplified, documented or left alone rather than automated. Saying so costs us a project and keeps the relationship.

Let's find out whether we can help

A first conversation costs nothing and usually takes half an hour. Worst case, you leave knowing which parts of your business AI should stay away from.
